By accessing niztech.in or engaging Niztech for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Our services

Niztech provides digital product design and engineering services, including web platforms, mobile apps, cloud infrastructure, and related consulting, as agreed in a separate statement of work or proposal with each client.

3. Use of this website

• You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to bypass security or anti-bot measures.
• Content on this site (text, graphics, logos, code samples) is the property of Niztech unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Bookings & inquiries

Submitting the contact form or "Book a Call" form does not create a binding contract. Engagements are only confirmed once both parties agree to a written proposal or statement of work.

5. Intellectual property

Deliverables produced for a client under a signed agreement are governed by the IP terms in that agreement. Absent a specific agreement, Niztech retains ownership of its own tools, frameworks, and pre-existing IP used to deliver services.

6. Limitation of liability

This website and its contents are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Niztech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

7. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party services (e.g. scheduling platforms like Zoom or Teams). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law in Niztech's jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
